Brawn GP - champion team!

Brawn GP was a Formula One constructor which competed in the 2009 Formula One World Championship, with drivers Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello. The team was formed in 2009 by a management buyout led by Ross Brawn of the Honda Racing F1 Team, after Honda announced their withdrawal from the sport in December 2008 due to the global financial crisis.

The team started development of their car in early 2008, when still owned by Honda. For the 2009 season, Honda provided a $100 million budget, while Mercedes provided engines under a customer relationship.

On its racing debut, the season-opening 2009 Australian Grand Prix, the team took pole position and 2nd place in qualifying and went on to finish first and second in the race. Button won six of the first seven races of the season, and on 18 October at the Brazilian Grand Prix he secured the 2009 Drivers' Championship, while the team won the Constructors' Championship. Barrichello won twice and finished third in the Drivers' Championship. The team won eight of the season's seventeen races, and by taking both titles in its only year of competition became the first to achieve a 100% championship success rate.

On 16 November 2009 it was confirmed that the team's engine supplier, Mercedes-Benz, in partnership with Aabar Investments had purchased a 75.1% stake in Brawn GP, which was renamed Mercedes GP for the 2010 season.

Greeting!!!

Hello fellow modelers!

There are many fans of racing and cars of Formula 1 or other racing series, as well as models that have different levels of detail and complexity. Most of them can be easily downloaded on various sites, printed on photo paper on your own printer or at a printing house. Also, there are various publishers that offer already printed cars on high-quality paper, along with a laser aftermark.

Anyone who has collected several paper models of Formula 1 cars faces a problem - how to store them! Dust, sunlight - have a detrimental effect on models. And even a specialized cabinet does not ensure their high-quality storage. On one of the sites, I came across a slipway for Formula 1 models. And on the other, a simple box for storing models. Therefore, the idea came to make a specialized box for storing models. On the box itself, he began to place information about the Formula 1 model, about the drivers who will pilot this car, the team and other useful information. Initially, they were of different sizes, but during the collection of a large number of them, I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to unify and make a standard size for all models. After all, the cars that competed in Formula 1 races, from modern cars to cars of the past, have different shapes and sizes. The box collection grew as it grew its own model collection. Some boxes were developed for my friends, colleagues in modeling.

The information on the boxes was in Russian and was intended for modelers from former post-Soviet countries. But after the Russian horde attacked my homeland - Ukraine, all the information was converted into a language that most modelers understood - English.

This resource was developed by me to place a link to download files with boxes of paper models of Formula 1 cars in a typical scale of 1:24. If the cars are freely available, links to where they can be downloaded will also be posted.

Therefore, friends and fellow modelers, please support me and subscribe to my information resource!

I will be grateful for your support!
